The staff are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We were having water leak into our basement and they found the problem fast. Chad and RJ were the team that completed the job and they answered all of my questions and were able to recommend some future waterproofing tips we could do ourselves. The prices were certainly reasonable for the jobs done and we are happy with their work. We would recommend them.

When our basement flooded due to a cracked foundation, I did some research and called TCS because they had the best reviews. They called back the same day and scheduled a site visit. Rick was there a few days later and identified two areas of concern. He booked a repair, advised me that I could save some cost by opening the wall myself, and showed me the area to open up. When Chad and his crew arrived, they did a thorough inspection and discovered that only one area needed to be repaired, cutting the cost of the final bill by half. They fixed the crack quickly, inspected the rest of the foundation and advised me of other areas to watch and some repairs I could do myself, and cleaned up everything. Throughout the whole process, I was impressed with TCS's professionalism and service.
