Have used them once before and was happy with the results. Had 2 more foundation cracks filled recently and am confident that they will hold up. Everyone I've interacted with at this company has been quite pleasant! Would definitley recommend them to family and friends.

Installers took time to explain the process and the warranty (not to break or remove the white plastic tips that extend out a bit from the wall. They cleaned so there was no mess for me to clean up after them.

The lifetime transferrable guarantee is wonderful. The company has been in force since 2004 and is a BBB member with no complaints. It has been recently sold to new owners so lets hope they continue the great service.

On the hottest day so far in 2022, Chad and JR worked hard and replaced a faulty window well. They valued customer satisfaction by consulting with us at each step and making sure that the work done was to the highest standards. After a freak winter rain storm, I discovered water seeping into my basement. I contacted "The Crack Specialist". They were polite and professional. They identified the source of the leak (not easy), came up with a plan to fix it, executed the plan, and the problem has been solved. No more water in the basement, and all at a fair price.

From the phone call to the inspector (Wes) to the actual person who did the work (Mel) everybody was very professional. Wes was straightforward and no sales pitch. Even suggested ways to save me money. Melanie was very punctual and the work was quick and clean. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The two technicians, Clint and Junior, arrived on time and quickly attended to the repair job. Both were professional and friendly.

Service specialist Melanie provided a great explanation about what they were doing to fix the issue. They were efficient and thorough and gave us a peace of mind that the issue was resolved. Friendly and professional.

After receiving an estimate from The Crack Specialists a couple of weeks ago I was able to have the work scheduled for completion today. Melanie arrived on time, explained the work to be done, and answered all of my questions before getting started. Despite the numerous holes needing to be drilled into the foundation the noise-level was actually quite manageable (I work from home and was slightly concerned being in meetings all day). Within 90 minutes the job was done. Melanie took the time to explain the work that was done, the warranty and she answered my remaining questions. She also had a couple of Band-Aid kits which my young son will enjoy. She was knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job. I would highly recommend The Crack Specialists to anyone needing foundation work. The entire team has been great to deal with. Thanks for a great job at a fair price!
