We want to say thank you for your service. The repairman (Steve) who fixed our basement crack couldn't guarantee that it would work as parts of our foundation are porous but I can happily report that we have not had a leak as of yet. With the amount of snow and runoff this year, we had expected to see water somewhere but so far all is dry. We are extremely happy with the work done and will recommend The Crack Specialists to anyone in need of your service.

I had 2 leaks in my basement and called the crack specialist. They gave me quote over the phone and came out when I was available and fixed it. Steve came out fixed in the time he said and was very nice and polite and cleaned everything up when he left They did a great job and would use them again for sure.

Todd was timely and efficient in locating the crack and explaining how it would be fixed during the consultation. It was an immediate "hire" and Wes arrived on time the next morning to fix our crack.
He was courteous, professional and completed the repair within the expected timeframe. No mess leftover.

I had a leak in my basement through a crack in the foundation, so I called up The Crack Specialists to take a look. They gave a quote, but I wasn’t really ready to hire them at that point, but when I eventually did call them back they came in immediately and did a great job and haven’t had any problems since.

When initially contacting The Crack Specialists for an estimate on the crack we needed repaired in the basement I spoke with Todd who was extremely personable and professional. Another gentleman whose name I don’t recall came to do the actual work and he was also very good and friendly. I was very satisfied with the work done and there hasn’t been any water leakage yet, but even if there is they have a guarantee to remedy any problems that may arise. Really impressed with the service overall.

I hired Crack Specialists last year when I had two foundation cracks that were leaking pretty badly. When I called for a quote they came quickly and I was immediately impressed by both their personability as well as professionalism. The price was very fair, actually less than I was expecting. Once they had looked at the problem and given me a quote they came back and completed the job in a very timely manner while being sure to keep in mind cleanliness and the presence of small children while they worked.

They gave me a reasonable quote over the phone, came to fix the crack the same week, explained everything involved in the process and closed all the insulation and vapour barrier back up when they finished.
