Id like to thank Ryan, Ron, Steve, Ashton and Roman for the great work they did in my basement.. From having a flood basement to absolutely no water now..
You couldnt ask for a nicer group of guys.. Fantastic job work from the guys and the Crack Specialists ..

I am very pleased with work that was performed. Melanie is awesome - very personable, respectful and a hard worker and knows what she is doing. She is so friendly and enjoys what she does. She explained exactly what she was doing and exactly what would happen while she was working. I am sure all of her workers are just as qualified and nice but if I ever have anymore work here I only want her to come back! I will be recommending the Crack Specialists AND specifically Melanie to do the job!

About 15 years ago, The Crack Specialist came into our home and repaired cracks in basement wall. This wonderful business is still backing their lifetime warranty! . And now, 15 year later, in 2024, Melanie from The Crack Specialist came back to repair one crackit was nicely and neatly done. Thanks so much!

repair a floor to ceiling crack in our foundation wall.

The Crack Specialist team of Mel, Clint and Niki fixed a crack in our basement wall. The leak was caused by a window well that had shifted. To ensure the problem did not recur, the team replaced our window wells with ones securely attached with a number of large bolts drilled into the foundation wall. Mel, Clint and Niki were friendly, efficient and tidy. We would strongly recommend them.

Found a nice size crack in my basement, called a few places and The Crack Specialists were very quick to call us back and were out for a quote the next day. Within the week Melanie came out to fix the crack and within 2 hours she had fixed it and cleaned up like nothing was there despite my dog bugging her. Great service, would highly recommend Melanie, she was very friendly and even gave my kids a Kitchener Rangers calendar and some Crack Specialist bandaids...they got a kick out of it!
