Donna, the owner is a nice lady that stays away from confrontation and sends her staff to sort it out.The assigned staff don't communicate with client.Poor measurements(by them)caused a further 8 week delay.Living out of boxes is not fun.Installer a very nice accomodating man that was hamstrung by poor administration practises. In the end we were satisfied at the look and quality of the cabinets but this company needs to get their act together.

- Company Response
Thank you for the feedback I appreciate it, no-one really likes confrontation, however each employee has a job to to to make sure the client is taken care of. It takes a team of people behind the scenes to order the proper elements for a kitchen, each member of the team has to do their part. Ouch to rate a 1 on this project is a bit harsh. Ratings are done by #1 quality of product received, #2 quality of installation completed, #3 Overall design and look of project met consumers expections, #4 Price for quality delivered, and #5 Did the company take care of any problems if any. I believe as a company we did complete all of the 5 points above. As for the delay in the measurement one of the cabinets that was designed to sit on counter and go to the ceiling was to tall, the designer did not allow for a pine tongue and groove ceiling that was installed by the client, she was unaware that the ceiling was to be installed. Not always everything goes 100% it's to be expected in renovation. At the end of the day, if we completed the job to exceed our customer's expectations then I am a happy business owner, as customer satisfaction is extremely important to me.
