Entertainment Unit - Disappointed.
Design was very good, but workmanship was not.
They only partially installed the unit on the scheduled installation day, then took longer than 2 weeks to come back to finish. We felt communication with them was poor, and the quality is less than what we paid for. We informed them of our concerns, and only received a "sorry" with no offer to address anything.
UPDATE - to address the company's inaccurate response: Yes we were told the doors were not shipped when they arrived to install, but we were also told they would be installed early the next week. That was not true. It is also not true that I said I was happy with that unit. In fact, I requested that when they come back to install the missing doors, they also improve the caulking job and add crown molding (which we offered to pay for) to cover the ugly seams in question. They responded that crown molding was not an option. We will be hiring someone else to finish the job.
This was a really big investment for us, and a focal point for our home. We are disappointed. Perhaps they are better for closets where the workmanship is hidden away, but I wouldn't recommend using them for anything that you want to look great.

We were originally short-shipped two doors by the Canadian manufacturer which the customer was made aware of. We had to wait two weeks for them to arrive. Quality was top notch but perhaps it more of a monetary constraint on the part of the customer, not sure. Workmanship was again top notch as well but she wanted us dab a joint which would show over time. Despite the fact she mentioned in an email how pleased she was initially before the last set of doors were installed.
