Closet & laundry room cabinets
I will say the installer Andrea was most efficient & work quality was outstanding . Unfortunately , the design team & reception was a different story . Ordered cabinets in Sept of 2020 & job was not completed until May of 2021 . Initial designer left that had taken the order & the confusion or disconnect between the handover to another designer was mind boggling . Hence , a remeasure & check had to be done all over again . This naturally held up the install for months . Even with the 40% discount , the product is rather expensive . The cabinets are not custom as they do not make any odd SZ . I asked about leg heights on base laundry cabinet & I was told they are all the same & no changes could be made . I was even told by the reception that if I wanted custom work I should of hired somebody else . Now , how’s that for customer service !! My suggestion to all is , shop around & include install price . You might be surprised !!!
