Furnace worked for a four months and then didn't. I was told the parts are guaranteed but the labour and home visit is not. Then they changed their minds and said there would not be a charge....them they changed their minds and said there would be a charge. Presently they are saying that labour and home visits are covered. My defective parts are on order but who knows when they will be in as Saucier says that having my furnace running is not really an emergency. Buyer beware.
