My husband and I were cooking a thanksgiving turkey in our oven, after 6 hours we figured it was ready. We had invited 6 hungry guests and all of them were waiting and salivating for our piece de resistance! My husband pulled it out and it was barely half cooked! Disaster. We had no clue what could be the problem. My husband thought it might be a fuse, but nothing worked. We phoned Combined appliance and they were very empathetic over the phone. They sent someone over to take a look. It Turned out that some part in the back was faulty and they had to replace it. The repair man was very courteous and promised they would order the part and get it installed as quick as possible. True to their word the part came and was succesfully installed within the week.
