Landscape Architects review in

I posted an earlier review regarding some minor issues with the stone work, which Briscott installed, which was likely the result of an abnormal winter (not the fault of Briscott). Although, there was some miscommunication issues on the repair, post review, Briscott has since reached out to us and have been very professional about making amends and ensuring they had a happy customer. They even volunteered to upgrade our irrigation system for very little cost. This was very unexpected and showed to me they took a great deal of pride in their work and overall customer satisfaction.
