This was the third pool that we've purchased at Mermaid, and it was by far the best experience that we've had.

Had a new pool liner and filtration system install and am extremely pleased with the quality of service after using various companies during the past 12 years. Myrtle was so efficient in managing the selection of the liner, contracts and payment while Denis, with 35+ of experience, managed the technician crew and resolved every issue that arose with the install of a new liner and a new filtration system. Professional, punctual and problem-solvers. And bonus points for getting this job done before a prom garden party. :) Highly recommend this company.

Contractor showed up at 630 am when it was to be 730-8. Demanded more cash for services than expected. Never hooked filtration or pump up to pool. Also left all paper scattered around yard to get wet by rain. Worker parked on front grass.

Now mermaid will not answer or return phone calls.

I had a problem with the wiring of a pool pump not purchased at mermaid and Don helped me solve the problem in minutes. Awesome service!
