I purchased a pool from Mermaid Pools on Ogilvie Road this summer and my experience was great. Our salesman Chris provided us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision. He was also great to deal with after the purchase was made. We may consider purchasing a hot tub next year, I will definitely be buying it from Mermaid no questions asked. We used our pool all summer and we love it.
