Couldn't be happier with our new roof. It was a really big job and was handled with great professionalism and thought on how to handle the few issues that were found. The company has agreed to check the roof later this year & again next spring to make sure our solutions worked and we won't have any issues. Such excellent service.

We contracted a small repair job in June and paid a deposit. The job was not done and they stopped replying to our emails, phone calls and in person visit. We wrote a review November 4 and a reply was immediately made undicating that there were supply issues and offered to send our deposit back. It was amazing to see how quickly they responded when a negative review was received. It is now Decembr 5 and we have still not received our deposit back. Seems they have a supply issue with their company cheques as well.

We hired another company to replace our roof and when it was about 80% done we had a small leak in the garage and discovered all the shingles were installed incorrectly

I called Ryan from Wm. Green Roofing .. He came out the same day ( in the pouring rain) to evaluate the state of the roof.

We hired the crew who came out in a timely manner considering it was end of season, rain, snow and I only had 80% of a bad roof on my house.

The Crew was professional, Took care of my yard. I liked how they assigned 1 roofer to my skylights. I also noticed they used chalk lines for the valleys, proper nailing pattern for the shingles and staggering pattern for the layout of the shingles.

100% recommend this company again and plan to have them back in the future to do the eavestrough.

We have a large 2 storey home with a few dips and corners in the roof. The crew from Wm Green took care that all the sensitive areas were well covered . We found they were efficient and completed our renovation in less than 2 days. The preparation and clean-up for the job was well done and they swept the area of all debris. Our roof looks good and we are hoping that all the elements of bad weather stay on the outside for a very long time. I would recommend this company.

I 1st contacted Wm Green a couple of years ago on the recommendation of my sister. I was so impressed by their excellent workmanship with replacing my skylight and installing a heating cable that I called them back regarding replacing my roof. Jesse and Jack were both very professional, thorough and accomodating in providing the estimate and ensuring that the work was done according to our agreement. I felt reassured that they knew what they were talking about and that the job would be done correctly. I was grateful that my roof would not be stripped and left open to the elements for days. The crew worked in sections so that each area was recovered prior to them leaving for the day. Jack was in and out overseeing the job and ensuring that things were done as per our plan. The crew even came back on a saturday to finish up a few things that had been missed. Jack followed up when everything was completed to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day and there was minimal damage to my many gardens. I would highly recommend WM Green roofing

We did our homework and got 3 quotes. Although not the cheapest, Wm Green gave us the best “feel” and it turned out to correct! Jesse, our estimator, was our first meet and greet-a very professional young man who detailed exactly what was going to happen and gave us all the- options (some we took, some we declined-no pushing). Jesse put a tarp up on the roof immediately so no more leaking. Then we met Jack, a very personable and experienced site supervisor and again, details provided as to the schedule and exactly what we could expect. The crews took a few days to complete the job-exceptional workmanship and pleasant and professional to deal with. Jack didn’t leave until the job was done-detail oriented and attention to any concern we had. We would highly recommend them!!!

Professional and knowledgeable staff that took the time to discuss our specific situation and devise multiple solutions to correct the issues. The crew was respectful and hardworking. We were very happy with the entire process and would highly recommend Wm. Green Roofing to anybody that wants permanent solutions to their roofing issues. We learned a lot and really appreciated the personal service.

Simply said, the company over promise and don't deliver. Never showed up on date of work and gave various excuses to blame each other within the company. Repair work job quote was no where near what actual cost is. Roof doesn't seem to be fixed as repair work looks poor even for someone who doesn't know roofing. Obtaining another opinion realized how poor the workmanship is. Do not use this company if you don't want any headache. Highly DIS-recommend.

Awful experience! We purchased the "Best" roof with the Golden Pledge warranty from them, in June 2013, as they are considered the Master Elite installers by GAF. Far from it! The roof took 2 weeks as we waited for the fascia to be installed only to have someone else complete it. Luckily, the Golden Pledge warranty includes a post inspection by a GAF rep who found numerous deficiencies. This resulted in a couple of guys simply showing up on Friday October 11 and replacing a third of our roof. BUT, the fascia was not installed again as well as an incomplete work on the joist. As of now, part of our roof has been exposed to rain almost everyday with no end in sight as to when they will complete it. I've been on the phone, emailing and contacting the Better Business Bureau to get this done ASAP. I don't recommend them but if you do make sure you have a tight contract with penalties for not completing the job. Or simply wait until they fit you in their schedule.
