Very happy with service provided. I ordered a Palliser sectional through Park's as the pricing was extremely competitive. Prior to delivery we discovered a problem with what was ordered and Park's worked very quickly resolve the problem. The sectional was a make to order, causing shipment delay vs promise date. They were so concerned for our satisfaction that they offered to provide a loaner until our order arrived. I consider the customer service provided as superior to most retailers.
