My key often get stuck in my door. I called Calgary lock and safe ltd to replace my lock but the same problem still occurs after they completed thier job. My front door is fine but back my key still often gets stuck in the door. I wouldn't recomend thier product but thier service was great.

Hi Abe,
Just reading this, it sounds like we have an alignment issue rather than a lock issue. My guess is that the strike plate and latch just aren't quite perfect. If it does happen to be the hardware, we have a minimum 90 day warranty and in many cases 2-10 years!
Please give us a call and we'll make sure your door works perfectly. I'm 100% positive - if it's fixable, we will do it.
