Recently moved into our renovated home which sits on a ravine, giving a "fishbowl" feeling. Paul gave us a specific consultation based on our requirements, budget and future needs as we plan to travel more. We have been satisfied with Prelock service over the past 10+ years and are even happier with the personally designed system we just had installed. Great job.

I have used Pre Lock several times in recent years and I have also recommended them to friends, family and clients. Their response time is excellent and their service people are consistently professional and pleasant. The installer for an alarm system made a suggestion for an extra sesnsor which resulted, within the first year, in an important savings in work and trouble for an extremely small additional expenditue. Paul, the owner, seems to alway know exactly what is going on and is very helpful.

I have used Paul at Pre-lock for the past 6 years in two different houses. He performs a detailed analysis of your security needs to ensure that your family is protected. The installation team for locks, alarms, etc. is very clean and very professional. The guard service arrives quickly if needed and is very reliable. Paul always returns my calls and emails within minutes for any questions or service related issues.

The service technician was careful and methodical as he installed a new control panel and other components to upgrade our nine year old household system. Upon completion of installation he tested the system fully and patiently explained its operations to us.

The team came out and installed various devices to protect entry doors from being kicked in. We upgraded the current locks to top of the line MULTI LOCK sets. I had the pleasure of dealing with Paul Seidman in the quoting process for our building security and lock needs. Paul was on time and explained the available options for security and what would be best for controlled access to our facility. The installers arrived on the date and time as promised and all the work was done in a professional manner. No mess was left behind and any after sale service has been done as close to immediately as could be. Emails for keyholder changes happen within hours and someone always answers the phone. Great job. When we needed a reputable company to install door locks, security camera's and burglar alarm for our 35,000 sq ft Community Centre, Paul Seidman and his team at Pre-Lock Security Services were there for us. They did and always do quality work, for a great price.
