Concept funnels their exclusive Rimikon products into Tamarack Homes. They are low voltage potlights that are incompatible with mainstream automation controls. Their light switches have a terrible design (big slider, hard to use small switch). They failed to properly explain how their products work, resulting in many thousands of overpriced upgrades. Many service calls later, resulted in additional transformers being installed and having to come up with my own solutions to avoid their costly and further incompatible fixes. They are impossible to get a hold of and have a bad reputation among the other Tamarack trades. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I would love to go back in time and save over $8000 in upgrades.
