No one enjoys having HVAC problems, but when you do, it's great to have Maple Air on your side. Our central air conditioner recently failed. Neal came promptly the next morning, and while it was disappointing to learn that it was more economical to replace our AC unit rather than repair it, Neal took the time to explain the rationale and each option.
Reza was very thorough in answering questions we had in selecting our replacement equipment, and took the time to ensure we were comfortable with our decision. And knowing our tight schedule and the hot weather forecast, he arranged for an expedited installation appointment.
