We called Cy in December during one of the coldest weeks of a very cold winter. From the sounds of our furnace it was on its death bed and with two small children in the house and money already spend on repairs we knew we needed someone fast. I called a number of companies, it was a Saturday, Cy was the only one who responded quickly and drove downtown once he heard I had children in the house. He explained the various products on the market and I immediately trusted him and felt that he would have the integrity to back up his work and product. We decided to go ahead and scheduled the furnace install later that week but that night our furnace died. I emailed Cy and he arranged for his staff to work overtime on a Sunday (no extra cost to us) to replace our furnace. This spring our central a/c and ductless were also installed. We live in a narrow downtown semi without much access/space on the side so it was not an easy job but his techs did it without complaint. A few issues came up during this process and they were resolved by the company. I was right that they do stand behind their work and will send out techs to resolve any issues which may occur. Tiger and the more experienced techs were excellent. The office staff walked us through the rebate process and made sure we received what we were entitled to.
