Incompetent! I told the receptionist this was going to be a hard repair when I booked the appointment. She said I would only be billed for a 1 hour call out fee if it wasn't fixed. I agreed to that. After paying $450 for because it was "fixed", the error light came back 1 hour later and Arpis refused to refund my money or apply the fees to a return visit. But hey, after $450, Arpis did update the time on my thermostat.
