Apri’s has always done our furnace repairs. Last year we had them install a new furnace, so this was just a standard inspection and tune up to maintain our warranty. Without exception everyone who has ever entered our home from this company was respectful, friendly and transparent with what was going to be done and cost.
Hatem was our technician yesterday and he was an absolute delight to deal with. He excels in customer service, and it is a natural thing for him. Not forced or learned. It’s just who he is.
