I've used Arpis for furnace maintenance, duct cleaning and major plumbing for more that 15 years. This past year I had them in for furnace maintenance as usual and the tech decided to clean the condenser pump. When we turned on the furnace 4 days later for the first time, the pump burned out. A different tech came and replaced it for several hundred dollars more. I called the manager who promised to look into it within 2 days and he never called back. Good job arpis, you lost my business and all future referrals.
