The project manager John came on time to do the measurement and quote. He was very knowledgeable, confident and pleasant to deal with. The quote and payment term were clearly explained to my satisfaction.
The technician Eric came today and finished the installation in 4 hours. During the insulation he and his helper were very professional, and take care of things. Eric answered all my questions and provided a walk through when the installation is done. He also provided some maintenance tips and advices as to how to keep the furnace operating trouble free.
I am very satisfied with Arpis services and will definitely recommend them to my friends. Thank you Arpi!
