Very happy with my new floor. Eric took a lot of time, helping me decide which floor was best for our needs, as well as finding the look I wanted. The floor looks amazing and I was very happy with the pricing. Will defiantly use again.

My project was to replace a closet's existing carpet with hardwood. I ended up calling Richard a few times and he was always available. He helped me order the flooring and a matching reducer to transition from carpet to hardwood. The ordering process was a breeze. It was a pleasure buying from Markham Flooring.

We recently bought new floor for our basement. We are very happy with the floor and it truly look awesome. When we started our bathroom renovation we bought the first floor from Lowes. It was so bad that we returned the floor. We then thought of the almost full box we had left from our basement floor. We tested it and it really looked fantastic. We just had one problem. We were 2-3 boards short. We called Randy and asked if he by chance had a few boards available. He did not. They are sold in boxes only. However, Randy asked us to wait he might be able to help. A while later Randy calls back and said he has resolved the issue. Another client had bought the same floor and had leftover and was willing to give away a few boards. We did meet with and we got 2 new boards and a few cuts. We finished the floor and could not be happier with how it looks. The only thing that impresses us more than the floor is the service Randy and Markham flooring has given us. It has been outstanding. Next time we need a floor. Markham flooring will be our first stop.

In every aspect of the project from beginning to end, it was a five star experience. Randy, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable about product and installation and went the extra mile to ensure that we would be happy. As for the installers, they were professional, courteous and very good at their job. When I look at our floor, perfection is not too strong a word.

We used Markham Flooring to install flooring in our Master Bedroom, approx 360 sq feet. We used the 5" Armstrong Hickory River House and it came out fantastic! We're very pleased with the fit and finish and would recommend them to anyone. A+

We just finished a major house renovation and Markham Flooring, on Denison St., Markham, looked after all our flooring needs. We worked with Mike Rewkowski who guided us every step of the way. We put in hardwood flooring throughout the whole main floor and most of the 2nd floor. I can’t say enough about Mike’s top-notch customer service; when we first entered the store, we had no idea what we wanted or what the difference was between all the types of wood flooring. Mike took us around with great patience and explained the different kinds of wood and laminate and the pros and cons of each. Mike was very honest about what would work for our needs and what wouldn’t. Before the installation, Mike came to inspect the house and our particular needs. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and made the experience as easy as possible. He addressed some pre-existing uneven flooring issues we had and made sure all was ready for the installation. The installation team was top-notch and very professional. Mike was easy to reach by email or phone and very quick to answer any questions or address any working issues that arose. We had some renovation scheduling changes/delays along the way and Mike stayed in touch and adjusted his schedule accordingly. He and his team worked well with our contractor’s team who was also in the house. The final outcome was a high-quality job that resulted in beautiful floors that have completely changed the look of the house.

We called Markham Flooring to get quotes on many different hardwood choices from many different manufacturers. Randy was who we dealt with primarily, but anyone we ever talked to there was more than helpful. They were not only competitive in pricing, but very helpful throughout. We ended up choosing them for doing our entire hardwood job (approx. 1600 sqft). It was a 7.5" engineered board, so there was a little more involved in the install, but not a problem. Also had our install arranged through them, and the three install guys that came were all very nice and got the work done quickly but not rushed. Our floors look great and we have already gotten tons of compliments from anyone who has seen them!
