Purchased bottom rubber for door
I had a new garage door installed from Hamilton Door Systems a few years ago. I noticed that the bottom rubber was wearing and needed replacing. I called their office and spoke to a girl on the phone. I told her that I was a handy guy and could replace it myself. She said... Not a problem, just bring your old piece to us and we will try to match it to what you have. I did and the girl gave me a new piece and was so nice to deal with. The guy there gave me a bit of help to install it myself, and I came home and had done it that day. I have never seen a company be so helpful, and go above and beyond to work with their customers. I was also pleased that they would sell me the parts, and not charge for additional costs. Thanks again, and would highly recommend this company.
