Dufresne Furniture & Appliances - Ottawa Cyrville Road

the shop on cryville road is a worst shop I bought a bedroom set since August delivery plan for September 7th I didn't heard from them even to apologize for the delay. I went on September 26 to delete de order even though I will lose 10% the promised to deliver soon and reduce delivery by 100$, on November 11 they delivered half of the set till today I didn't received the dresser and no call for update i called them complaining about their silence and delay they are telling me that 100$ refund for delay so just wait, after buying a 6000 item here is how I
have been treated Worst shop to deal with no customer respect after they got your money.

I bought an oven here back in early December 2022 and got it delivered. They took our old stove away. Once we got it, it was dented in the front, in the back, a fan is unbalanced so it makes an extremely loud noise, it does not shut off (Even after pressing off, it is still extremely hot for hours until we unplug it), it turns on randomly (which is obviously very dangerous). We called right away to report this. One week later, no answer, they tell us to wait 24-48 hours. Nothing. We call again, 24-48 hours, nothing. This keeps going on for weeks and months now! We are now February 2023 and we still are stuck with this un-usable oven. We contact Dufresne Cyrville (where we bought it), they say it's not their problem. The sales man Doug, at the time of purchase said it is convection. Turns out it is not convection at all. He L!ED! This is the worst service I have ever had in my life. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! They l!e, then they do not help you once they give you an oven that is a FIRE HAZARD! We've spent hours and hours trying to get this resolved and no one cares! We had no oven during Christman either. At this point I don't believe they will do anything. We are having to seek further action in different ways now considering the lack of any basic customer service.

Long story short, they are L!ARS, they sell GARBAGE that can BURN DOWN YOUR HOUSE, then when you ask for any help they say that it's NOT THEIR PROBLEM!

(Also don't even bother buying a warranty, because even if you receive something damaged, "It's not their problem").

Spent around 4 hours with a sales associate named Jeff and left satisfied with $300 in savings. He was very friendly and helpful. We are happy with the products and the service we received from dufresne. Our items will be delivered in 30 days and assembled, hassle free. Happy with our purchase and we'll be sure to return again.
