I had my entire house done by Ottawa Home Services this fall and everything went great. They did my Furnace, Fireplace, and AC. They scheduled it right when I needed it and were able to perform all the work. They also went above and beyond to make sure I was happy when I wanted a different remote for the fireplace. It is also worth noting that they handle all the energy rebates on your behalf so that it is stress free. The main guy I was working with (Wayne) always got back to me right away with all of my questions and continually followed up to make sure I was satisfied with everything. They also worked hard to fit within my budget. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Very happy with this company...bought a furnace, humidifier and air cleaner through them. They are very responsive to concerns and provide good customer service. I've been using them for eight years now.

I woke up this morning to a very cold house! I called Ottawa Home Services with whom I have a service plan agreeement and explained my situation. Pierre was at my home within 40 min and performed the necessary repairs in 30 min. Very professional and competent. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I really appreciate this Appointment Confirmation, not only for the date and time, but also the photo of the person coming. And, their background. All are reassuring and comforting. Wow!

In contrast, some other companies sometimes send someone out, and not necessarily in a marked vehicle, the person arrives and doesn't necessarily give proper company or self identification. And, sometimes, that person is not too polite. Not so good. That's why we switched to your company.

It was simple and convenient to book our annual cleaning with Ottawa Home Services. They have a monthly plan which makes it really affordable too! We got an email confirmation of the appointment that included a picture of the technician who would be coming - this impressed us and was really appreciated especially with all the door knockers in our neighbourhood right now. Steve D arrived right on time for the appointment. He greeted us with a smile and took the time to explain what he would be doing and how long he expected to be in our home. He completed a thorough maintenance on both our furnace and AC and provided us with a checklist for our records and tips on how we can keep our equipment running efficiently in between maintenances. From a recomendation of a friend I contacted Ottawa Home Services for a quote on an A\C - Their prices are very competitive and they sell the high end brands - that is why we decided to go with them.

Eventhough the A\C install was 6 years ago I still remember how clean the and professional the Techs were. It was a new construction home and the poor tech was up to his knees in mud.

We had a carrier A\C installed and never had any issues.

Because of that we used them to do our annual maintenance on our furnace and it has always been positive experiences.

Now that we have moved into a new home Ottawa Home services will be tops on our list for our A\C needs.

I bought an older home 20 years ago (what a project that was) and It was using Oil to heat up the house. Obviously Oil cost WAY more and drained my bank account. I finally decided to quote a conversion to natural gas. What a difference! I got this done in September right before the cold. There is a huge gap between how much I spend now and how much I did last year. Ottawa home Services did a great job converting my home. It was a real big project but it turned out successful thanks to the guys who helped. Am I ever glad I decided to do this. I would recommend them as they are friendly and on time. Good job.
