Purchase 1100 sq ft of engineered flooring and had it installed by this company. Installation was not completed thoroughly - gaps remain and planks are beginning to show wear only after 1.5 years. Though the material eventually installed, The installers were unreliable, having to reschedule last minute on number of occasions leaving material and tools inside and outside of my property. The chose to install mismatched wood in my closets without discussing with me. The owner David said the flooring was made in Canada but later confirmed made in China after installation. Also said there is a warranty and never provided proof and when I called back to ask he of course denied saying that and said there is only warranty for defective material and any damage is likely my fault. The store has many flooring options but o strongly recommend looking elsewhere. If you do choose this business please ensure you have everything in writing and confirm all details ahead of time as the owner will mislead you.
