Needed re-wiring for dimmer lights in my livingroom as I had two switches connected in that living space, they came in at last minute notice, they knew what we wanted to do, I purchased the wrong item needed, my husband suggested he could run out to purchase the item ( which would have taken at least 15 minutes to get ) they said sure we'll wait if that's what you want to do, they stayed, clean the area needed to work while my husband returned and fix what they needed to fix with out charging extra time. They were very nice and would recommend them. A+++++
