The scheduling process went quite smoothly and I got a reminder email the day before the scheduled service. The technician arrived right on time, with an advance phone call to say he would be at our house right away.
The technician went right to work and within about 30 minutes the fireplace fan was replaced. He then demonstrated that it worked, insisting that I be there to watch.
The price for the service call, parts and labour was bang on the estimate which had been emailed to us at least a week prior. Very satisfied with Mr. Fireplace.
