I first used Superior back in December 2006 from an add in the paper. I ended up having my baby the same day of our appointment, so my husband was the only one home. I cannot say first hand, but my husband was pleased with the service. I'm glad I came here to read up on other reviews as it seems that the quality of service is definitely there and the loyalty to your customers. I've read some reviews on other companies that are absolute horror stories, so I'm glad I have Superiors' sticker on my furnace. Expect a call from me within the next little while. Thanks
