When I purchased my home about 2 months ago I was told by my home inspector that the ducts needed to be cleaned badly. Apparently when the previous owners renovated portions of the home they didn't take any care in protecting the ducts which ended up filling up with pieces of wood, saw dust, drywall, etc.
I contacted Superior Air Duct Cleaning after they responded to my service request on this website. They provided me with their pricing and I decided to move forward. The two person team arrived on time and got straight to work, they put down mats to protect my floors and stairs. The entire job took just over an hour, the guys seemed very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. Once done they vacuumed around all of the vents to clean up anything that may have been blown out. They did a great job overall however my only concern is that they did leave the furnace room and laundry room (the two rooms are attached) a bit dirty. The top of my hot water heater and floors in both the furnace room and laundry room where covered in tiny pieces of debris from inside the ducts.
The quoted price was what I paid, there weren't any hidden costs or fees once the work started.
