Watching this project materialize during a three week period was exciting and definitely educational. The process was done in stages. Before each stage, head office (Suzy) would forward an email stating what the crew would doing. This was also followed up with a phone call.
The crew was fantastic and very eager to explain what they were doing during each stage. The completion and quality of work was second to none. Also, they washed and sealed my backyard deck (which was completed 15 years ago by Pattern Concrete) that looked as good as the first day they put it in. The site was well cleaned when the job was completed.
I must add that head office was very patient and helpful when I decided to get my driveway and front step done. They offered three different designs that would go well with my house and worked with me on creating my own.
