Perhaps the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a local company. Ordered custom drapes, paid half up front, told 3 months. Then another month. Then another. Finally installed & paid the last half in full. Noticed the next day a flaw in the fabric & they came back a couple of days later & said they would be replaced but new fabric would have to be ordered. Clearly no quality control or management responsibility. Waited 2 more months & finally re-installed. Noticed the replacements weren't aligned as the previous ones. Enquired & was told they could be looked at but not for a couple of weeks. Investigated & discovered the hardware was coming out of the wall as only screws were used in the gyprock. No anchoring for proper support. Amateur installation. Had another company reinstall the drapes properly but out of pocket an additional $300. Lesson learned about Dylers, Poor attitude, poor service, poor installation. Kinda sad.
