Carpet Sense

Very nice people but the carpet installation was very sloppy and were very disappointed. They did come back to try and fix it but it doesnt look any better. All of the seams are very obvious and some parts of the carpet is flatted by all of the staples. Came highly recommended so its disappointing.

Purchased very expensive wool carpets. Loved the product - looked beautiful. What wasn't so pretty was the fact that these expensive carpets arrived with absolutely no care instructions - either verbal or written. We vacuumed the carpets in the normal way and it pulled up the pile and transformed it to an awful looking fluffy mess. No one had told us what to do and (more importantly) what not to do!
We contacted Carpet Sense and the response level was sad. Each time we called, they assured us something was being done. Week after week we got no further. Our designer called them and said how out of order the care and response was.
Eventually persistence pays off - we did manage to get a house visit by the rep and nearly 3 months after the complaint originated.... we got a resolution!
Excellent carpets - but be prepared to be mega persistent if you have a problem and mega patient in waiting for the resolution.

we wanted to replace 30 yr old rug with berber to make vacuuming easier and resist dog nail damage. we were sold rug and told it would be damaged over long term but it should be okay for a while. unfortunately it wears from feet in socks, the dog nails, etc. very cheap and Touma should have told us it would be ruined so quickly and we would have used other flooring. we asked them for their expertise and would have not gone with rug if we had been honestly told the truth. Now every day we sit in the room we regret getting the rug. dont use this company if you dont know exactly what you are getting, they will sell stuff they know will fail but they dont care.
very disappointed and wont use again.

I am very pleased with the quality of products and carpeting in the bedroom. Thank you to Joseph and his installers for the excellent experience. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for new carpeting or flooring.

The sales staff and installers at carpet sense made the shower renovation a breeze. They were there from step a to step z gave me advice and never did they try to sell me more than I needed. They were right on with the estimate and the work was done on time. I'll definately keep them in mind for my next reno.
