We were very pleased with the service we received from the pick-up to delivery. Mr. Gholami thoroughly explained the extensive cleaning process, given the fact that the 2 rugs had a significant amount of pet urine on them. When he returned them they looked as good as new and the smell was gone. Great job! He also repaired a small piece of damaged fringe ........ at no extra charge.

Ben is wonderful! He came to my house at the last minute! He gave me an honest opinion on my rugs.I had moth damage, he cleaned, treated and repaired my rugs. When my rugs returned they looked as if they where new. His price for the amount of work he did was quite reasonable!
