Toronto Rug Cleaning

Ben of Toronto Rug Cleaning is an absolute gem. My dog came back into the house last week after a little run-in with a skunk and decided to roll around to get the smell off on a section of all 5 of my area rugs - ALL of them. So here I have 5 expensive rugs (with lots of dog hair)- and skunk smell. Ben didn't say a word, just bundled the rugs into his truck and even gave me a gift of some delicious pistachios . A week later all 5 rugs came back looking literally like new- I could hardly believe it. Looking and SMELLING great! I'm not even sure I want to know how he did it but I'm just happy to have everything normal again. The cost was very reasonable, the work was incredible and the service was perfect. Just call him!

Ben was extremely helpful from the first phone call. He was also very accommodating when making the appointment. He arrived and moved furniture to remove the carpet that he was taking to be cleaned. At the same time, he explained what he would do to treat the carpet and how it would be cleaned. He followed up to arrange the return of the carpet as promised. I contacted Toronto Rug Cleaning as a last resort, worried we may have to part with our rugs due to our son's allergies. Ben responded warmly and promptly, reassuring me they would be properly restored. Ben's knowledge of the origin of our carpets was extensive and he cared about them like relatives of his family. Our rugs returned looking bright and feeling plush with the generous addition of under padding. In the process Ben sold us a Persian Gabbeh for our living room that we all adore.
