We actually connected with AllStars via the web. We dealt with Ben who could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, or helpful in every way. Not only that he was prompt, always available and flexible to our needs. His advice was invaluable as he knew everything about our carpets and his suggestions for repair as to maintain our investments was extremely welcomed. The carpets came back with new fringes and perfect repairs. He also included thick underpads which our last rug cleaner had not.
The fitted stair carpet was perfectly installed and no mess was left behind. Ben is very fastidious in his work. He is also exceptionally kind, honest and cares deeply about wanting to please his customer in every way.
