My impression of Ben is that he is absolutely committed to ensuring the best possible customer experience.
Dealing with Ben was very, very easy. He is friendly, efficient, confident and professional, he understood immediately what needed doing to clean and restore our kilims and made it very straightforward for us.
One of the kilims had many holes, the fringe had unraveled quite badly and it generally looked worse for wear. Now that it has been cleaned and repaired it looks fantastic, the colors are brighter, the repairs are very carefully done (mostly I can’t even see them) and I love how they add to the overall character and story of this old carpet.
I am attached to these kilims and was reluctant to let them go but I am very happy now that I did, Ben REALLY knows what he is doing.
