Ben deserves more than 10 stars from me/ us!
When he came to our home (immediately) about a damaged carpet, he said he could replace it with a far higher quality rug for less money, which is exactly what he did.
He provides all three of: price, quality, and speed.
He listens to his clients and challenges himself to find the right carpet, which will delight them.
Carpets and pleasing his clients are obviously his passions!
