We would 100% recommend LD&A to first-time renovators. Our project was fairly daunting and LD&A provided the design, construction and finishing expertise that we needed to produce the main floor of our dreams! With all services in-house, it was comforting to know that we weren't going to get a plan that couldn't be executed. Most important to us was that LD&A was a partner in the project and was extremely supportive of us chipping in where we could to save costs. 10/10 experience.
