Main floor renovation (Kitchen, dining room, family room)
Lynn Donaldson and Associates proved to be a great renovator; I would not hesitate to recommend this company. LDA takes extensive care in the design and planning process, then constructs or manages trades such that the final product does indeed match the plans and design.
The design experience, assistance with product selection and color all yielded a beautifully integrated final product. Structural changes were endorsed by a structural engineer which added another level of quality and assurance. Trades were very professional, clean and meticulous in their work. Any issues, were promptly worked and resolved with customer satisfaction being their priority.
I'm extremely happy with the final product and highly recommend LDA.
