This company, Jan's Awning, installed the roof panels on our balcony screen room over 20 years ago. In the Fall of 2023 one of the 4 panels was damaged by a stray golf ball so we decided to replace all 4 of them. Not only did they do a wonderful job, in this day and age their honesty is remarkable. We were originally quoted a price for labour and material which we agreed upon. When the owner Henry received the actual fabric for the panels it was less than he had originally anticipated so he contacted us in the Spring and adjusted his final invoice downward to reflect this. I hope to be dealing with Henry and his family for many years to come and would never hesitate to give them a 5* review.
