I have been buying parts & service from Totem for over twenty years.
Sometimes old parts aren't available but they try to get them, often succeding. They always show up when they say they will. Partsmen, servicemen, and office staff are always helpful. D.I.Y. or full service.
I'M NOT THEIR BIGGEST CUSTOMER BUT THEY TREAT ME LIKE I AM.

- Door signage is poorly done. I don't like bothering people that have to stop what they are doing to direct me. If your staff have told you that then pay attention.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Know the model and serial number for the appliance. Have a clear idea what is wrong. Understand that nobody works for free.
