Ordered a DIshwasher in September, Delayed, Called customer service, most useless scripted conversation with rep, not their fault but absolutely useless.
Tell me the same thing everytime, that was a an eta, we are not sure until the delivery comes as to what will be on the truck. Ok great, that helps, can I speak to your manager please, not one in at the moment. Well can you have them call me please. Yes we will add to your file. Can you also please call me next week to let me know when it arrives. Ok great. That has been happening now since our first estimated delivery end of September and I call week after week, they tell me the same thing, no manager ends up calling me.
Icing on the cake last week the item was confirmed to be in stock, get the email confirming delivery, 3 guys very professional bring the dishwasher in the house, perfect not a scratch super friendly, (Outsourced delivery company) open it up, wrong dishwasher, they load it back up and apologize profusely, not their fault. Speak with another rep who says it's coming today, no call from a manager again, no updated provide, I have to call them, supposed to be delivered tomorrow, not happening.
Worst experience, they should provide realistic expectations to their clients. Have a manager call people to discuss problems, no idea how they are still in business, will never use them again in my life and will let everyone I know about how horrible they are to deal with.
Good on the reps for staying calm during the phone calls, can't say I always have been able to do so.
