Absolute nightmare-DO NOT SHOP HERE AND THANK ME LATER! Range was purchased in SEPTEMBER and told we would get in late October due to COVID. Never heard a thing so I called to inquire and was told by some rude guy named Dwayne that I later found out was from the call center in JAMAICA who tried to actually double charge me for delivery. I purchased 3 appliances but my $2000 range was delayed on their end so would be delivered separately from the other 2 appliances and therefore I should have to pay extra? I finally called Mississauga to deal with them direct and have been getting a huge run around saying it will be in next week which keeps just getting extended by a week. It is now January and still no range with no end in sight. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The service is now absolutely awful and I am still dealing with this mess of an order 4 months plus later! BUYER BEWARE!
