Best experience shopping for appliances in my life. Michael in Kitchener was extremly knowledgebale (once i convinced him that F &P actually has a DW lower than 34 inches). Pricning was good, follow up great no issue at any time throughout the process. I received numerous phone calls keeping me updated on delivery dates and time.
I rarely write reviews but this is worth the effort. Human nature makes people more prone to complain instead of giving credit.
I am in real estate and from now on forward will recommend this store to all my clients.
I actually went to another local store before but the staff there knew a lot less than I did , so I walked. Installation was a bit tricky since we thought it was a diret connection but it needed an outlet. No big deal at the endof theday (jsut a trip to Home Depot). All is weel. Thanks Geomans and Michael.
