I had a Viking fridge repaired on August 7th because the freezer and fridge stopped cooling. My warranty was 90 days; on the 95th day the same problem occurred. When I called to ask if someone could come out to take a look, because I was 5 days out of warranty I was asked to pay for the service call.
I was extremely disappointed with the customer service not to mention that I don't think the problem was fixed properly to begin with. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

According to your claim you were 5 days over 90 days. I think we are better than the industry standard. Don't you agree? I'm sure that our duty manager would have been more than happy to review your file and offer a solution had it been escallated to him/her.
