This is the third time I've dealt with HAR. The first was on a kitchen aid fridge. The service guy was rude. Walked through my house with his shoes and started telling me the warranty was void because I took a cover off to see if there was something obvious. 4 weeks later he came by to "fix" the problem but didn't do it right. I had another guy come in the fix the problem properly.
I just had them come again for another issue on another appliance. The guy was supposed to be here between 11-1pm. When he didn't show I called 3 times with no answer. At 3pm he showed up. No "sorry" or anything. When I asked what happened he said "I tell all my customers its APPROXIMATE time".
This company is brutal.
Apparently it's going to be 2 weeks for the part....
