I am extremely satisfied with Merv's service and knowledge of the problem with the electric board of the stove. Merv went out of his way to make sure we had our stove in working order for Xmas. I was not satisfied with the company's customer service, that were trying to be helpful yet evasive in resolving our issue. They were slow in communicating with Tasco, our original buyer to find a quick solution, they kept on sending emails to one another while we had to wait 1 1/2weeks before any action was taken. Then the mother board didn't work again 4 day later! I was not satisfied with the company's problem handling skills and they never give proper info to the customer. But, Merv went w...aaaa...y out of his way to make sure the part was delivered and picked up in 1 day! We were able to have our stove working for Xmas! Thanks to Merv!

Really Mario? After all Home Appliance did to get your range fixed so you can enjoy its use for the family occasion you so anxiously called me about? We did everything in our power to get your unit working, including very strong advocacy on your behalf with the third party company that was paying for the repair to get expedited approval for the very expensive repair of your unit, the part distributor to expedite the part required which was not even available in Canada the first time, having the president of the company himself attend your home to assist Merv. Yes, the man who was helping Merv at your home to replace the part the first time left his regular duties to pitch in to make it happen during a period of heightened demand. I am the same person you called on Monday December 23rd to ask for help. I am very closely associated with your repair and I am the one who approved diverting resources from other pre-arranged commitments in this period of heightened demand, including bypassing our regular shipping to directly pick up the part from an alternate location from our regular distributor and delivering the part to Merv so he could fix your unit. Your negative review of our customer service staff is unfair and not at all accurate. We do not tell customers the details of internal operations - we just get the job done. Merv has a customer service team of 12 people who worked with him behind the scenes and would not have been able by himself to get your repair done in the time and the way he did without their help. Mario we really did our best to have your unit restored in the fastest possible time even knowing you solicited private service from a technician sent by a company to perform service for you on its behalf. Nevertheless your range was restored in time for your holiday preparations and we at Home Appliance Repair Inc Hope you and your guests enjoyed a lovely meal.
